What our services do

• Work inside the browser, LMS, or gradebook workflows educators already rely on
• Help with repetitive tasks such as transfers, messaging prep, privacy-safe display, and insights
• Use modern encryption for account and service traffic where sign-in or cloud features apply
• Publish documentation districts can share during privacy and security review
• Align with major U.S. student-privacy frameworks schools ask about

What our services don’t do

• Require access to protected student data for core functionality
• Sell or rent personal information
• Use educator or student data for advertising
• Run without the educator’s action on the page or file they are working in
• Hide data practices—each service’s flows are documented for review

What we may store

• Basic account details (such as name and email) when you sign in
• Service usage metadata to keep solutions reliable and improve support
• Information you send us directly (support tickets, demo requests, feedback)

For most core workflows, we do not hold student gradebooks or class rosters on Razor Sparrow servers. Where a school enables a connected workflow, we document it in our Data Security & Handling materials and Privacy Policy.
